Self-Unification and Self-Acceptance: A Bridge to Peace

HOPE Series Session
Explore how self-acceptance can be a bridge to seeing and experiencing peace—both in our communities and in our individual lives. We will identify hidden, unconscious patterns and dismantle false belief systems that perpetuate negative cycles in our lives and the world.
Utilizing evidence-based music psychotherapy and mindfulness practices, such as guided meditation and vocal toning, the workshop will explore creative ways to channel emotions like rage and grief as well as to discover how our unique gifts and talents can enact powerful, sustainable change in our community.
